You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

- The item must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging.

We will provide return instructions. In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will also provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs
For regular returns (not due to defect or error), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us so we can make it right.
Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
Cancellation
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it as long as it has not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@halfpricestore.ca with your order number.
If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy below to initiate a return after delivery.
Refunds
We typically inspect returns within 3–5 business days of receiving them. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
