Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package directly on the shipping carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within Canada.
- If your shipping location is remote or not listed at checkout, please contact us to confirm service availability.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@halfpricestore.ca We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may not be refunded. Contact us immediately if you made an error in your shipping details.
