I bought the Envi 500W heater and I’m happy with its performance—it heats well and is completely silent. However, the package was missing the specific mounting brackets required for this model, which made the wall installation much more difficult and frustrating than expected.
Hi,
Thank you for your review, and we're glad to hear the heater is working well and running quietly!
We're sorry the mounting brackets were missing from the package. We understand this made installation more difficult than it should have been. We'll be more careful to check that all mounting hardware is included before shipping.
