An above-ground pool in Ontario is swimmable for about eight weeks unless you heat it. The DOEL Mini Pool Heat Pump puts out 17,100 BTU on ordinary 115V household power and cools the water in a heat wave too, so the season runs from May into September. Open-box, priced far below new.

💡 Why You’ll Love It:

✅ 17,100 BTU Heating & Cooling: One unit warms the pool in spring and takes the edge off in August
✅ Plugs Into 115V: No electrician and no dedicated 240V circuit — a standard outlet runs it
✅ Up to 70% Cheaper to Run: Air-source heat pump technology moves heat instead of burning it
✅ 45 dB Quiet: About the level of a fridge, so it does not take over the yard
✅ Titanium Heat Exchanger: Handles chlorinated and salt water without corroding
✅ Copper Tubing Circuit: Efficient heat transfer and a long service life
✅ Simple Control Panel: Set the target temperature, pick heat or cool, and leave it
✅ Anti-Freeze Mode: Protects the exchanger when the nights drop off

📋 What “Like New” Means Here:
• Packaging: original box, opened, some shelf wear
• Cosmetics: as shown in the photos — please review them before ordering
• Accessories: complete as received — heat pump unit with its fittings and manual
• Function: powered on and tested, heats and cools as intended

🧼 Care & Use:
• Keep the intake and exhaust clear by at least 50 cm so the fan is not fighting a fence
• Rinse the coil with a garden hose each season — pollen and grass clippings choke airflow
• Run the pump filter first and the heat pump second; low flow trips the pressure switch
• Drain and cover it before the first hard frost

🔗 Perfect for: Above-ground pool and spa owners, cottage families, and anyone stretching the swim season at both ends.
