Shaver had some fur clogged in it and vacuum attachment had some mud that wasn’t cleaned off. Otherwise, as described and works well after a cleaning.

It came broken but they were very good about a full refund. And we don’t have to return the item. Very good personal customer service. One star for the product 5 stars for the customer service! I averaged it out.
