Condition - Like new, 90 sq ft mat

Tile floors are the reason people avoid their own bathroom in February. The HEATIT Warmmat lays 90 sq ft of self-adhesive radiant heating straight into the thinset under the tile, so the floor itself is the heat source and there is no radiator taking up wall space. Open-box, priced well below the usual cost of the mat alone.

💡 Why You’ll Love It:

✅ 90 sq ft Coverage: Enough for a large bathroom, an entryway or a small kitchen floor
✅ Self-Adhesive Backing: The mat stays where you roll it while you work, no fastening strips needed
✅ Even Radiant Heat: Warms the floor surface itself rather than blowing hot air around the room
✅ Low Profile: Sits inside the thinset layer, so the finished floor height barely changes
✅ Room-by-Room Zoning: Heat only the space that needs it instead of running the furnace harder
✅ Works Under Tile & Stone: Suited to the cold floor finishes that most need it

📋 What “Like New” Means Here:
• Packaging: original box, opened, may have been resealed
• Cosmetics: as shown in the photos — please review them before ordering
• Accessories: as pictured — a floor thermostat is a separate purchase on this system, so check the images before ordering
• Function: mat and lead inspected; not energised in the shop, as it is designed to run embedded in thinset

🧼 Care & Use:
• Have it installed and connected by a licensed electrician on a GFCI-protected circuit
• Test the mat's resistance with a multimeter before, during and after tiling — that is the only chance to catch damage
• Never cut through the heating cable itself; the mesh can be cut and turned, the cable cannot
• Give the thinset and grout their full cure time before switching the system on for the first time

🔗 Perfect for: Bathroom and entryway renovations, basement tile floors, and anyone adding warmth without a radiator.
